About Face Theatre will present a remount of its wildly popular Youth Ensemble world premiere WHAT'S THE T? by Sara Kerastas and The About Face Youth Theatre Ensemble, directed by Artistic Associate Eric Hoff, playing May 19 - June 2, 2013 at the Prince Charitable Trusts Upstairs Loft at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Rep Stage, the professional Equity theatre in residence at Howard Community College (HCC), continues its 20th anniversary season with 'Home,' Samm-Art Williams' brilliantly inventive, lyrically expressive play that tells the coming-of-age story of a young black man, Cephus Miles, from rural North Carolina. From beginning to end - and through tragedy and triumph - Cephus never loses his joyful goodwill, his indomitable spirit, and the conviction that one day his quest for fulfillment with be rewarded. 'Home' stars returning Rep Stage actors Felicia Curry and Fatima Quander, as well as Rep newcomer Robert Lee Hardy in the role of Cephus Miles.

ABQ Theatre Guild Youth Scholarship Applications Now Available; Deadline 4/12

The Albuquerque Theatre Guild has announced that applications are now available for the fifth year of its Youth Theatre Scholarship Program. The program helps children and youth learn about live theater by providing scholarships to participate in extra-curricular theater-education programs offered by Albuquerque Theatre Guild member organizations.
