BroadwayWorld has an exclusive first look at The Denver Center for the Performing Arts' star-studded production of The Who's Tommy, directed by Sam Buntrock.

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) is proud to announce full casting and creative team for the Theater Company's World Premiere production of Human Error by Eric Pfeffinger.

Due to popular demand, Steppenwolf Theatre Company has extended the world premiere comedy, The Doppelganger (an international farce) written by Matthew-Lee Erlbach (Showtime's Masters of Sex, Off-Broadway's Handbook for an American Revolutionary), through June 2 with the original cast.

Thirteen years ago, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) launched a first-of-its-kind initiative - an endowment fund to support the work of women in theatre. In the same year, the DCPA created its Women with Hattitude luncheon, the proceeds of which go directly into the endowment fund. Now on Thursday, May 3, more than 600 guests will gather from 11am to 1:30pm at the luncheon for one purpose - to give voice to women playwrights whose work only accounts for 20% of plays produced across America today. 

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts announces today the addition of more seats for THE BOOK OF MORMON at The Ellie. Due to popular demand, performances for the fourth Denver engagement of THE BOOK OF MORMON will begin June 13 and now run an additional week through July 7, 2018. Your first look at Off-Center's 'This is Modern Art,' written by Idris Goodwin and Kevin Coval. The proudly controversial play recounts the true story of one of the biggest graffiti bombs in Chicago history.

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) is proud to announce the 40th season of their Tony-Award winning Theatre Company, the first to be led by incoming Artistic Director Chris Coleman and the 8th season for their unconventional line of programming, Off-Center. The new season kicks off performances on July 11 and will feature 13 productions across seven different venues at the Denver Performing Arts Complex and beyond.

Broadway star Andy Mientus, who will play Tommy in the DCPA Theatre Company's upcoming stage production of 'The Who's Tommy,' based on the seminal concept album, performed songs from the musical on March 26, 2018, at the Alamo Drafthouse Denver, with proceeds benefiting The Denver Actors Fund. Mientus sang 'Sensation.' Guitar by Dave Devine. The live entertainment preceded a screening of Ken Russell's cult-classic film adaptation on the 43rd anniversary of its London release. Disney Theatrical Productions is pleased to announce that Clinton Greenspan will star in the title role in the North American touring production of Disney's Aladdin starting on April 7 in Denver, where the hit Broadway musical will play a limited three-week engagement at The Buell Theatre through April 28.  Greenspan, who previously understudied the iconic role on tour, succeeds original Broadway and tour star Adam Jacobs, who will play his final performance as 'Aladdin' on March 31 in Los Angeles at The Hollywood Pantages Theatre.  Tickets are on sale now at denvercenter.org.

The innovative educational program that debuted at HAMILTON on Broadway will continue in Denver (Denver Center for the Performing Arts) on Wednesday, March 21 when 2,700 students and teachers from 38  Denver area high schools attend the matinee performance of the musical at The Buell Theatre.
