With excitement building for the launch of the new Dunfield Theatre Cambridge in March, Drayton Entertainment has unveiled a spectacular 2013 Season consisting of blockbuster musicals, hilarious comedies, poignant dramas, and three original productions.

Stopping through the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall this Friday, December 28, are the Midtown Men; a vocal group of highly talented men that specialize in revitalizing the classic hits of the 1960s.

Under the Streetlamp, America's hottest new vocal group, delivers an electrifying evening of classic hits from the American Radio Songbook. These four magnetic vocalists bring their unique blend of tight harmonies and slick dance moves to your favorite doo-wop, Motown, and old-time rock 'n' roll hits from The Drifters, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, The Four Seasons, and more. The quartet is composed of recent leading cast members of the smash hit Jersey Boys-Michael Cunio, Michael Ingersoll, Christopher Kale Jones, and Shonn Wiley. Exuding the irresistible rapport of a modern day Rat Pack, Under the Streetlamp proves why retro never sounded so now.

The Alden Theatre in McLean welcomes Boston-based a cappella group, Ball in the House (www.ballinthehouse.com), for one performance tonight, Dec. 15, at 8 p.m. The event is part of the Alden's, "Live @ The Alden" series, which is geared to young adults. Tickets are $20, $15 for McLean Community Center district residents. The theatre is located at 1234 Ingleside Avenue.

In 1994 Anthony Rapp was working at a Starbucks and about to audition for Rent a new musical by a young guy named Jonathan Larson. An inspiring story about friends and artists struggling in New York's Lower East Side, it was based loosely on Puccini's La Bohème. Anthony got the part, but Jonathan died suddenly the night before the musical's off-Broadway premiere.

The Midtown Men, original cast members from Broadway's Jersey Boys, recently collaborated with writer and musician Stevie Van Zandt to record a new version of Van Zandt's 'All Alone on Christmas.' Van Zandt has re-arranged the song for The Midtown Men, which marks their first Christmas single. Go inside the recording studio and hear part of this new song through this making of video.

This talk back/coaching session will give participants the unique opportunity to talk one-on-one with a Drama Desk Award-winning leading lady about her journey to Broadway. After the talk back session, participants are asked to come prepared with a headshot, resume and song of their choice, as Janet will coach them through their material.

This Past Monday, November 12th, cast members from the national tour of Jersey Boys hosted the a cabaret fundraiser called 'Rock Like a Man' at the Carolina Theatre to benefit BCEFA and the Carolina Arts Discovery Program. On the heels of an incredible performance at the Right 2 Rock charity event honoring "Little Steven" Van Zandt at the Hammerstein Ballroom alongside rock legends Bruce Springsteen, Dion, Elvis Costello, & Tom Morello, - acclaimed singing group THE MIDTOWN MEN are thrilled to announce the release of their holiday single, "All Alone On Christmas."

Michael Longoria of The Midtown Men announced via Facebook that the guys have just released their very first, much awaited, Christmas single, 'All Alone on Christmas,' which is now available on iTunes.
