The North Carolina Symphony will pay tribute to iconic music and lavish shows in the finale of its 2014-15 Pops series, Pops Goes Vegas, tonight, May 15, and Saturday, May 16, at 8 p.m. in Meymandi Concert Hall in downtown Raleigh. The concert program, which features such classic numbers as 'Luck Be A Lady,' 'Hey, Big Spender,' 'Viva Las Vegas,' 'My Way,' and 'Fly Me to the Moon,' will be led by conductor Jack Everly, and will feature Martin Preston as Liberace, vocalists Scott Beck, Allison Briner, and Ted Keegan, and lead dancers Anne Nicole Beck and Jen Ladner.

The starry lineup is now complete for the concert highlighting songs from the epic Broadway-Bound musical 'Akhenaten the Musical' on May 1st at The Triad. The Tony Nominee for Motown, Charl Brown, will join Broadway favorites N'Kenge (Motown the Musical, Sondheim on Sondheim) and Ted Keegan (Phantom of the Opera, Sweeney Todd). Also previously announced to perform were Seph Stanek (Naked Boys Singing), John Lucas, Sahar Milani, Alia Munsch, and Erik Ransom.

Jack Everly will lead the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) in its first SuperPops concert of the 2014-2015 season on Thursday, October 9 at 8 p.m. at The Music Center at Strathmore, and Friday, October 10 at 8 p.m., Saturday, October 11 at 8 p.m., and Sunday, October 12 at 3 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.

The Las Vegas based production, Broadway at its Best, starring the highly-acclaimed musical group, "The Phat Pack" will make its Florida debut in the Bradenton Auditorium on August 2nd and 3rd. The Cleveland Orchestra proudly announces its community arts partnership with the 2014 Gay Games, being held this summer in Northeast Ohio. The 2014 Gay Games presented by the Cleveland Foundation takes place August 9-16 in venues around Cleveland and Akron. More than 35 sports and culture events will be held, with more than 20,000 people from more than 50 countries expected to participate and visit the region.
