Before the hit stage musical MARY POPPINS' three-month-long tour stop at Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre comes to an end on February 7, BroadwayWorld's Michael Lawrence Quintos sat down with Bolger for a nice, long chat about his year on tour, his stay in Los Angeles, his video blog stardom, and his future plans after he dances his final super-CALI-fragilistic jig.

Broadway favorite Christopher Sieber (Shrek, Spamalot) spent Saturday, December 12 mentoring the young talent of Broadway's future as they led the morning portion of a Shrek master class with Broadway Artists Alliance. Sieber (Lord Farquaad) answered questions and candidly spoke about his experiences with Shrek as well as other stage and screen credits to a group of eager and talented young performers ages 10 to 21. The group's morning Q & A was followed with a Song Interpretation class led by Sieber. The master class concluded with a Musical Theatre Audition Technique session by a representative from Tara Rubin casting.

The 'Bright Side of Life' will light up for just two final weeks as The Tony and Grammy Award-winning MONTY PYTHON'S SPAMALOT makes its final stop (after an almost four year national tour run) at the Orange County Performing Arts Center on October 6 ? 18. As a special closing treat, John O' Hurley (TV's Seinfeld, Dancing with the Stars, and Family Feud) will reprise his role of King Arthur.

Old Globe Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the complete cast and creative team for the world premiere of Sammy, a new musical based on the life of Sammy Davis, Jr. with book, music and lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, and additional songs by Bricusse and Anthony Newley. Directed by Keith Glover with choreography by Keith Young and music supervision by Ian Fraser, Sammy will run in the Old Globe Theatre Sept. 19 - Nov. 8. Previews run from Sept. 19 - Oct. 1. Opening night is Oct. 2 at 8:00 p.m.
