ETHEL SINGS Begins Performances Off-Broadway Tonight

Undercover Productions LLC will present the Off-Broadway Premiere of Ethel Sings, by Joan Beber beginning performances at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues) tonight, May 31st, with Opening Night set for Friday June 6th. This limited engagement will continue through July 13th.

FOUR LITTLE GIRLS: BIRMINGHAM 1963 Staged Reading Set for First Corinthian Baptist Church, 2/3

Actors' Equity Association ('AEA' or Equity) and its Eastern Region Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, together with First Corinthian Baptist Church and Executive Producer and Artistic Producer Project1Voice present 'FOUR LITTLE GIRLS: BIRMINGHAM 1963,' a one night only staged reading event to be held on Monday, February 3rd at 7:30pm at First Corinthian Baptist Church (1912 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., between West 115th & 116th Streets, Harlem NYC). This Black History Month event is free and open to the public (doors open at 6:45pm; ticketing and entry will be handled on-site, day of show, on a first-come, first-served basis) and will be sign-language-interpreted for theatregoers who are deaf or hard of hearing. A panel discussion will take place immediately following the reading.

PTC Extends ELF - THE MUSICAL

Pioneer Theatre Company is pleased to announce an extended run of the regional premiere of Elf - The Musical. The holiday musical, which is based on the 2003 film, will now show through Saturday, December 28, 2013.

Photo Flash: 'Walmartopia' in the Cast Recording Studio

The cast and band of Off-Broadway's Walmartopia recently hit the recording studio to lay down tracks for the show's original cast recording. The recording will be produced by Walmartopia's musical director, August Eriksmoen, and will be released December 1st, just in time for the holidays.
