J. Elaine Marcos is hosting a Gala Charity Event in Toronto this Sunday, November 21st 2010 with proceeds going to benefit Casey House, the first free standing HIV/AIDS Hospice in Canada. Featuring Nick Adams and other stars of Priscilla Queen of the Desert the event promises to be fun and fabulous, and all for a great cause!

BWW is featuring interviews with the cast of Priscilla Queen of the Desert over the next few days. The show plays until January 2nd and then moves to its new home at The Palace Theatre in NYC where it will officially open on March 20th 2011. The New York Post is reporting star Bette Midler loved the show so much that she's invested a 'sizable chunk' of money and will be billed as an above the title producer. The paper also reports that she will be hands-on in rehearsals and note sessions as well for the Broadway-bound musical.
