Inspired by author Richard Castle's research with NYPD Homicide Detective Kate Beckett, his love interest and muse, the next installment of the Nikki Heat series is soon to be released.

Codeblack Films, a Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF) company, has acquired the U.S. rights to the romantic drama 'Things Never Said,' it was announced today by Codeblack Films CEO Jeff Clanagan.

New series for the 2013-14 season are "Back in the Game," "Betrayal," "The Goldbergs," "Killer Women," "Lucky 7," "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "Mind Games," "Mixology," "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland," "Resurrection," "Super Fun Night," "Trophy Wife" and new alternative series "The Quest."

Mel B, Spice Girl and a new judge on America's Got Talent, presented international pop star Adam Lambert with the Davidson/Valentini Award Saturday night, May 11th, at the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in San Francisco. TV Line has confirmed that Richard Castle is soon to meet his long-lost father. Acclaimed actor James Brolin has been tapped to take on the high-profile role. Brolin will appear in a two-episode arc on CASTLE. According to the site, the episodes are set to air on Feb. 18 and Feb. 25.
