THE 69TH ANNUAL TONY AWARDS, aired live from Radio City Music Hall, last night Sunday, June 7 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. After the creemony is when the real fun started though, as most of the evening's celebrity guests headed to the annual Tonys Party at the Carlyle Hotel, hosted by O&M Co. FUN HOME has won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Musical.

Joel Grey recently shared his admiration for FUN HOME the musical via a Huffington Post article, revealing that it deeply hits home for him.

Lisa Kron (Lyrics) and Jeanine Tesori (Score) have won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Original Score (Music and/or Lyrics) written for the theatre for FUN HOME.

Sam Gold has won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Direction of a Musical for FUN HOME. 

Lisa Kron has won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical for FUUN HOME.

Before Broadway's biggest night on Sunday, June 7th, 37 productions will have opened on Broadway in the 2014-15 season. Of those productions, 10 were eligible for Best New Musical and 11 were eligible for Best New Play at the 69th Annual Tony Awards. In these new plays and musicals, 213 actors made their Broadway debuts in new shows.
