American actor Zach Braff (Scrubs and Garden State) just made his UK stage acting debut in a new comedy, All New People. The witty play, written by Braff, will be directed by award-winning Peter DuBois. All New People opened at the Duke of York's Theatre on 22 February 2012. Check out photos from opening night below!
American actor Zach Braff (Scrubs and Garden State) is to make his UK stage acting debut in a new comedy, All New People. The witty play, written by Braff, will be directed by award-winning Peter Dubois. Joining Braff in the production will be 'Torchwood's' Eve Myles and Susannah Fielding.
Stage and screen star Patrick Stewart stars in the Royal Shakespeare Company production of THE MERCHANT OF VENICE, directed by Rupert Goold. Set in Las Vegas, the production runs through October 4.
John Simm will make his Sheffield Crucible stage debut as Hamlet in September 2010. The production will reunite him with Sheffield's Associate Director Paul Miller - the two last collaborated on Elling which originated at the Bush Theatre before transferring to the West End. Simm was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Actor for this role.
Zoë Wanamaker, who was Tony-nominated last year for her turn in the revival of Awake and Sing!, will star in Tennessee Williams' drama The Rose Tattoo on the London stage this spring
