Campbell Funeral Chapel (1076 Madison Avenue, at 81st Street) on Sunday and Monday, 2-5 and 7-9. The funeral will take place 11am on Tuesday at Temple Emanu-El (1 East 65th Street). Both ethe funeral and visitations are open to the public.
