Tom Kitt, Tony Award-winning composer of Next to Normal will be a featured performer at the annual gala for Arts Horizons, Broadway Salutes. He will be joined by additional special guest Celeste Holm, Oscar winner for Gentleman's Agreement and Oscar nominee for All About Eve. The event will take place at The Edison Ballroom on Monday, November 16 from 6:00pm - 10:00pm.

Broadway's hit comedy, The 39 Steps, makes it National Tour Debut at the Shubert Theater in New Haven during an exclusive Connecticut engagement running November 5-7, 2009. The four performances, running Thursday and Friday at 8pm, and Saturday at 2 & 8pm are sponsored by Lexus of New Haven, Whitney Center and media sponsors, New Haven Register and WTNH, News Channel 8.

Jill Paice (Curtains, The Woman in White, A Little Night Music) recently joined the cast of Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS, Broadway's longest running comedy, playing the roles of Annabella Schmidt, Pamela and Margaret. Now in its second smash year, the Tony Award-winning quick change comedy version of Hitchcock's classic film thriller is playing at the Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street). The production also recently played its 500th performance on Broadway.

Jill Paice (Curtains, The Woman in White, A Little Night Music) will join the cast of Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS, Broadway's longest running comedy, on Tuesday, June 2. She will be playing the roles of Annabella Schmidt, Pamela and Margaret. Francesca Faridany will play her final performances in the roles on Sunday, May 31.

The Dicapo Opera Theatre Children's Chorus performed their spring concert to sold out houses this past weekend. The 250 seat theater on the upper east side of Manhattan is home to The Dicapo Opera. The Dicapo Opera was founded in 1981 by Michael Capasso and Diane Martindale and presents a full season of opera, musical productions and concerts every year.

Alfred Hitchcock's THE 39 STEPS starts its second year on Broadway in a new home and with a new Hannay. Sean Mahon will join the Tony Award-winning quick-change comedy as Richard Hannay on Wednesday, January 21, when the production moves to the Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street).
Sam Robards will play his final performance as Richard Hannay on January 4 at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street).
