The season is curated by Monique Martin, recently appointed Director of Programming for Harlem Stage and features artists who #Disrupt and take creative risk. The performances feature a range of artistic genres, offering audiences the chance to experience legendary performers, as well as rising stars.

Premiering on September 28, ADVENTURES IN NEW AMERICA is the first sci-fi, Afrofuturistic, political-satire buddy comedy, serialized for New Americans in a new and desperate time. The podcast follows the escapades of two mismatched African American best friends: a depressed man with cancer and a sociopathic criminal mastermind. Together, they embark on a supernatural Afrofuturistic adventure in a desperate attempt to survive the wilds of New New York.
This September, Joe's Pub at The Public kicks off its 20th Anniversary year, celebrating two decades of presenting the best in live music and performance nightly with a commitment to diversity, production values, community, and artistic freedom. General entertainment television network INSP has set the premiere date for the third season of its popular original culinary-travel series State Plate. The new season will bow on Monday, September 24th in a new timeslot: 12:00PM ET. Hosted by former American Idol winner, musician, and restauranteur Taylor Hicks, State Plate takes viewers on a tour of the most iconic foods across the country.
