Chicago Children's Theatre (CCT) will close Bud, Not Buddy today.

Celebrate Black History Month with the children in your life by honoring Jackie Robinson in StageOne Family Theatre's JACKIE AND ME, playing today, February 23, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. in the Bomhard Theater (KCA).

Curious Theatre Company has announced its 2013/14 Season. Including a World Premiere and three Regional Premieres, Season 16 introduces Denver audiences to the work of award-winning playwrights Amy Herzog and Matthew Lopez, and continues our long-standing artistic relationship with Denver-born playwright Steven Dietz.

Amphibian Stage Productions today announced casting for its first main stage production of the 2013 season, Fiction by Steven Dietz. Jakie Cabe, Lydia Mackay, and Cara L. Reid will star in this poignant drama, running tonight, February 21 through Sunday, March 17 at Amphibian's theater at 120 S. Main Street. Mary Catherine Burke, a New York-based director, will lead the production.

Jakie Cabe, Lydia Mackay, and Cara L. Reid star in this poignant drama running Thursday, February 21 through Sunday, March 17 at the Berlene T. and Jarrell R. Milburn Theatre at Amphibian Stage Productions.

The Douglas Morrisson Theatre opens its 2013-14 Season of Mystery & Romance with a bang in February with 'Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure' by Steven Dietz. The play, based on the original 1899 script by William Gillette and Arthur Conan Doyle, won the 2007 Edgar Award for Best Mystery Play. Directed by Kendall Tieck, the play features an ensemble of Bay Area performers including Craig Dickerson as Sherlock Homes, Scott G. Hartman as Dr. Watson, Steve Schwartz as Moriarty, J. Geoffrey Colton as The King of Bohemia, Sarah Klaren as Irene Adler, Brian O'Connor as James Larrabee, Eve McElheney as Madge Larrabee and Bruce Kaplan as Sid Prince.

Join some of the most talented emerging and established playwrights of the American theater during the McCarterLab Spring Festival 2013. Hear new plays read aloud in this series of unstaged readings beginning today, February 8 through Saturday, February 23. All events are free, but seating is limited and reservations are encouraged.

Olney Theatre Center has announced Jason Loewith as its new Artistic Director. Mr. Loewith began his tenure on February 4, 2013. He comes to Olney Theatre Center from his current position as Executive Director of the National New Play Network.

The first national tour of Priscilla Queen of the Desert The Musical is coming to Philadelphia at the Academy of Music from February 26 through March 3. Part of the Broadway Season presented by the Kimmel Center and the Shubert Organization, the press opening is scheduled for Tues. Feb. 26 at 7:30 pm.
