Last night, November 10, Tony Award winner Billy Porter was honored at the NYMF 10th Anniversary Gala, presented at the Hudson Theatre. The special event also celebrated 10 years of creating and nurturing new musical theatre under the leadership of NYMF Co-Founder Isaac Robert Hurwitz. Steve Rosen Rejoins PETER AND THE STARCATCHER as 'Smee'

Third time's a charm! The producers of the audience and critics' favorite Peter and the Starcatcher announced today that Steve Rosen, who stepped in to play the role of Black Stache for certain performances during the show's Off-Broadway run at NYTW, again stepped into the show as Smee this past summer, will be joining once again as Smee tonight, November 11, to finish the run of the show with the rest of the cast. Peter and the Starcatcher will play its final performance at New World Stages on Sunday, January 12, 2014.

Bucks County Playhouse is currently presenting Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show as The Playhouse's Fall production, featuring direction by Tony Award nominee Hunter Foster and choreography by Lorin Latarro. Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) (Jed Bernstein, Producing Director) has announced the complete casting of their fall production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show. Broadway's Kevin Cahoon as Dr. Frank-n-Furter will join the previously announced Nick Adams as Rocky, Nick Cearley as Brad, Jennifer Cody as Columbia, Alyssa DiPalma as Magenta, Jeremy Kushnier as Riff Raff, Lauren Molina as Janet, Steve Rosen as Dr. Scott/Eddie/Narrator, and a chorus of Phantoms comprising of Bucks County area locals including Sarah DeNight, Annabelle Garcia, Alex Kryger and Erica Nicole Rothman. The Skivvies -- Lauren Molina (Marry Me a Little, Sweeney Todd, Rock of Ages) and Nick Cearley (All Shook Up) -- will welcome special guests Jeremy Jordan (Newsies, Smash, The Last Five Years), Asmeret Ghebremichael (The Book of Mormon) and more for next month's show at 54 Below tonight, October 11, 2013.
