Playing the Metropolitan Room, 34 West 22nd Street, for one night only, this star-infested revue is produced by Media Blitz Entertainment, and hosted by the biggest star in Yiddish vaudeville today, the emcee Shane Baker. The Drama Desk Award-winning Celebrity Autobiography returns with its new edition Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter, Monday, August 20 at 7pm. Celebrity Autobiography: The Next Chapter performs at the Triad Theater, 158 West 72 Street. The cast is scheduled to include Vanessa Bayer (from "Saturday Night Live"), Mario Cantone, Tony Danza, Eugene Pack, Dayle Reyfel, and Alan Zweibel.

Due to recent health issues, Freddie Roman was unable to perform in the Friars Club Comedy Festival which he curated for the Mahaiwe and had planned to host. The show went on in Freddie's honor, with his long-time friend Stewie Stone, the Prior of the Friars, stepping in as host and with Freddies favorite, on-the-rise stand-up comics carrying on the Catskills comedy tradition.

Starring stage, film and television actress Debra Jo Rupp (That 70s Show), Dr. Ruth, All the Way will now run from June 19 through July 21 at St. Germain Stage (formerly Stage 2) at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden Street, Pittsfield.

Feinstein's at Loews Regency continues its Spring 2012 season with the debut of double Grammy Award winning jazz and pop singer Jack Jones through June 30. For the performance, Jones features songs from his Greatest Hits Tour as well as a few gems from his latest album "Love Ballad." Jones is accompanied by Music Director Lou Forestieri on piano, Chris Colangelo on bass, Kendall Kay on drums and New York's acclaimed Houston Person on saxophone. The Carlyle Hotel welcomed 2012 Tony Award-nominee Laura Osnes in her cabaret debut at the Café Carlyle in an exclusive two-week engagement last night, June 19. Osnes will play through Saturday, June 30. Last night, former Anything Goes co-stars Joel Grey, Colin Donnell and more came out to lend support and BroadwayWorld was there for the photo op!
Barrington Stage Company features Tony nominee Brad Oscar in the role of the beloved dairyman Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, running through July 14, kicking off the theater's 18th season in the Berkshires. Joanna Glushak (Sweet Smell of Success) plays Golde. The production is directed and choreographed by Gary John LaRosa, with music direction by Darren R. Cohen.

The National Yiddish Theatre - Folksbiene stages a tribute to the legendary singer-songwriter Neil Sedaka at The Town Hall, 123 West 43rd Street, on yesterday June 12 at 7:30pm. The gala concert, with performances by the Broadway actor and Israeli singer Dudu Fisher, Jay Black of Jay and the Americans, Klezmatics star Lorin Sklamberg, and the actor-singers Eleanor Reissa, Lori Wilner, Robert Abelson, Dani Marcus, and Rebecca Garfein, among many others, celebrated the wide-ranging impact of Yiddish culture on other popular cultures.
