LIVE IN CENTRAL PARK [Revisited] Concert Comes To The Marcus Center

In 1981, more than 500,000 music fans gathered in Central Park to witness a concert by the now legendary reunion of folk duo Simon & Garfunkel. On Friday, March 31, award-winning recording artists, Lee Lessack and Johnny Rodgers recreate that magical night in Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall as part of the MC Presents series.

Stacy Sullivan Reprises Thrilling A NIGHT AT THE TROUBADOUR and Peggy Lee Tribute

Stacy Sullivan will reprise her show A Night at The Troubadour - Presenting Elton John and David Ackles, in two performances this winter at TRIAD (January 9th, 9pm - an APAP showcase, open to the public) and Metropolitan Room (February 9th, 7pm). In addition, she will bring her award winning, It's a Good Day- A Tribute to Miss Peggy Lee, to the Sheen Center in Greenwich Village in a benefit for Astor's Lawrence F. Hickey Center for Child Development on Saturday, Feb. 4th at 7 pm. 

Isaac Mizrahi, Suzanne Vega and More Slated for Cafe Carlyle's Winter Season

The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel has announced the Cafe Carlyle's winter 2017 season, which features the venue debuts of TV star, comedian and writer Jill Kargman; fashion icon, author and pop culture fixture Isaac Mizrahi; and seminal singer/songwriter Suzanne Vega; as well as the return of audience favorites John Lloyd Young and Joan Osborne.

Mark Nadler to Perform Award-Winning TSCHAIKOWSKY (AND OTHER RUSSIANS) at Union Temple of Brooklyn

Union Temple of Brooklyn (17 Eastern Parkway) and Cabaret Life Productions Producer Stephen Hanks have announced that Union Temple will be presenting the third show of its 'Cabaret Concert Series' (which serve as fundraising events to help finance some of Temple's many programs and projects). On Saturday, November 5, international Cabaret Superstar Mark Nadler will present his Award-Winning and critically acclaimed show Tschaikowsky (And Other Russians), which won a 2003 Bistro Award for 'Raising Standards of Cabaret Performance,' and received MAC and Nightlife Award Nominations for 'Outstanding Performance in a Major Engagement.' Union Temple will host Nadler's show in the Third Floor Social Hall. Tickets for the event are $30. Doors open at 6:30 pm, with the show starting at 7:30 pm.
