The Aurora Fox will be presenting the Tony Award-Winning musical comedy SPAMALOT from April 11th through May 4, 2014 (Originally scheduled to close April 27, THE RUN HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH MAY 4) at The Aurora Fox Arts Center (9900 East Colfax Avenue). The Aurora Fox is pleased to be presenting the Tony Award-Winning musical comedy Monty Python's SPAMALOT.

This January, the PACE Center and Starkey Theatrix present the classic tale of Peter Pan. This is a one-of-a-kind theatrical production for PACE, as multiple characters will fly through the air, thanks to the mechanisms of Flying by Foy. This aerial effects company has been called "the most prolific and widely-respected theatrical flying service in the world." They have collaborated on several well-known Broadway productions such as The Lion King, The Phantom of the Opera, The Wizard of Oz, and Peter Pan with the great Cathy Rigby.

What can I say about this show - it instantly puts you in the Christmas spirit and has the audience transfixed from beginning to end.

In this week's episode of 'In Focus', host Eden Lane gets in the holiday spirit at the Arvada Center with 'A Christmas Carol, The Musical.' Going behind the scenes, Eden takes viewers to rehearsal to meet the creative team as well as the star of the show - Scrooge himself. She also gets a sneak peek in the wig shop to see how local technicians bring the show to life. Watch below!

The Arvada Center will open A Christmas Carol, The Musical directed by Gavin Mayer on Tuesday, November 26 at 7:30 p.m. This Broadway rendition of a family holiday favorite will run through December 22 in the Main Stage Theater. Previews are November 22 - 24 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Performances are Tuesday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Please note: There will not be a performance on Thursday, November 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The Arvada Center Artistic Producer Rod A. Lansberry and show director Gavin Mayer have announced the cast for A Christmas Carol, The Musical by Mike Ockrent & Lynn Ahrens. This big Broadway rendition of the familiar Dickens classic will run in the Main Stage Theater November 26 - December 22, 2013.

Camelot opens the 2013-14 Season and will run in the Main Stage Theater tonight, September 10-29, 2013. Performances are Tuesday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

Due to high ticket demand, the Arvada Center has announced a one-week extension for the Tony Award winning musical Camelot. The show will now close on Sunday, October 6. Camelot is directed by Rod A. Lansberry, book and lyrics are written by Alan Jay Lerner, with music by Frederick Loewe. Camelot will run in the Main Stage Theater September 10- October 6, 2013. Performances are Tuesday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Talkbacks will be offered Friday, September 20 after the 7:30 p.m. show and Wednesday, September 25 after the 1:00 p.m. show. The Arvada Center Artistic Producer and Camelot show Director, Rod A. Lansberry has announced the role of Sir Lancelot will now be played by New York actor Glenn Seven Allen. Lansberry said, "The Arvada Center is proud to bring the talents of Mr. Allen to our production of Camelot and to our Arvada audiences." Allen will join the company when rehearsals begin on August 20.

The Storm Theatre Company, under the Artistic Direction of Peter Dobbins, will begin performances of MARIUS by Marcel Pagnol tonight, September 7th at Theatre at the Church of Notre Dame, 114th Street and Morningside Drive. Opening night is set for Monday, September 10th. The production is presented in association with Sase Sham.
