The New Jersey Hall of Fame (NJHOF) has announced 50 nominees in five categories for its Class of 2017: Arts & Letters, Enterprise, Performing Arts, Public Service and Sports. Public voting is now underway online at njhalloffame.org/2017-nominees.

The hilarious hit from comedy giant The Second City returns to The Armory for another year of holiday jeer. The Second City's A Christmas Carol: Twist Your Dickens, written by Emmy Award-winners Peter Gwinn and Bobby Mort, begins preview performances on the U.S. Bank Main Stage on December 5; opens on December 8; and runs through December 31.

UofL School of Medicine to Host IMPROV FOR CLINICIANS Clinic with The Second City

Students at the University of Louisville School of Medicine will have the chance to put their improvisation skills to the test on Nov. 9 when famed comedy troupe The Second City puts on its Improv for Clinicians workshop. The event will be hosted by The Kentucky Center for the Arts, who will also welcome The Second City for a comedy show at the Bomhard Theater the following night.
