Starting July 8, The Menier Chocolate Factory's two play revivals --- EDUCATING RITA and SHIRLEY VALENTINE, will transfer to the West End at Trafalgar Studios. The two plays previously ran in repertory through May 8. Playing in repertory again EDUCATING RITA and SHIRLEY VALENTINE will have their official opening on July 26.
UK Daily Mail reports that Marton Csokas and Rebecca Hall will co-star in the National Theatre's TWELFTH NIGHT as 'Orsino' and 'Viola,' respectively. The production, directed by Peter Hall, will begin rehearsals in late November. Variety reports this morning that A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC helmer, Trevor Nunn, is set to direct a revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber's ASPECTS OF LOVE for London's Menier Chocolate Factory. Nunn directed the show's premiere in 1987, as well.
