Nina Dobrev and Tone Bell star in a new comedy about Clem (Dobrev), a woman whose vision of a perfect life with her adoring fiancé, Nick (Bell), and his wonderful family is radically altered when her 16-year-old, out-of-control half-sister, Shannon (Odessa Adlon), unexpectedly comes to live with them, on the series premiere of FAM, Thursday, Jan. 10 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Sheryl Lee Ralph and Brian Stokes Mitchell also star. Gary Cole guest stars as Clem's father, Freddy.

CBS today announced the comedy portion of its winter 2019 scheduling moves, including the series premiere of FAM and the return of MAN WITH A PLAN.

His performance "Rockjazz" fuses his classically trained piano skills with modern pop and rock music generating a new genre. After performing for Barack and Michelle Obama at The White House alongside Esperanza Spalding, on NBC-TV's "America's Got Talent" and on National Public Radio, ELEW brings "Rockjazz" back to New York at The Green Room 42 for a one night only performance.

Freeform doubled down on their promise to make the holiday season bigger than ever by announcing casting for two original holiday movies today. Actors Francia Raisa (“grown-ish”), Charles Michael Davis (“Younger”), Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Moesha”), Gavin Stenhouse (“Allegiance”), Shanica Knowles (“The Young &  the Restless”), Alphonso McAuley (“The Middle”), Hank Chen (“The New 30”) and Alison Fernandez (“Once Upon a Time”), as well as the previously announced Dave Annable (“Yellowstone”) and Odette Annable (“Supergirl”), have all been cast to star in holiday films airing during Freeform's “25 Days of Christmas” annual programming event. CBS today unveiled its 2018-2019 primetime lineup featuring three new comedies, five new dramas and the return of the critically acclaimed MURPHY BROWN. The new series will join 24 returning hits to build on the success of America's Most Watched Network.

According to Deadline, CBS has announced that they have placed a series order on the new comedy called FAM. Written by Corinne Kingsbury, the show explores family dynamics after a woman's half-sister who comes to live with her and her fiancé. Scott Elliswill direct the pilot. Tone Bell Joins Nina Dobrev On New CBS Comedy Pilot FAM

According to The Hollywood Reporter, VAMPIRE DIARIES star Nina Dobrev has been cast in the new CBS comedy FAM. Her character's name is Clem. As previously announced, the series is also set to star Brian Stokes Mitchell and Sheryl Lee Ralph. Read more about it from The Hollywood Reporter here!

Deadline is reporting that Tony Award-winning actors Brian Stokes Mitchell and Sheryl Lee Ralph have signed on as series regulars on the CBS comedy, Fam.
