Barbra Streisand Reminisces About 'Happy Days' Duet With Judy Garland

1963 was a busy year for Barbra Streisand. She released her debut album to the world, Barbra Joan Streisand, and was readying the classic movie-musical Funny Girl. Yet, that year she joined another well known performer, Judy Garland, to perform two songs on her variety show, The Judy Garland Show, and to introduce the world to the seamless melding of Get Happy and Happy Days Are Here Again, a duet with Judy Garland. Of the epic performance, Vanity Fair reports Barbra elucidating Garland's feelings during the song.

Film Independent Spirit Awards 2013 Set for 2/23

Film Independent Co-Presidents Sean Mc Manus and Josh Welsh jointly announced today the 28th FILM INDEPENDENT SPIRIT AWARDS will once again hold its traditional Saturday afternoon awards show in a tent on the beach in Santa Monica on February 23. The live-to-tape event will be executive produced by Diana Zahn-Storey who returns for her 17th broadcast and will premiere later that evening on IFC at 10:00 pm ET/PT.
