National Philharmonic Announces 2022-2023 Season

National Philharmonic has announced its 2022-2023 season, which includes eight classical programs conducted by Music Director Piotr Gajewski and two by Chorale Artistic Director Stan Engebretson; two pops shows led by Principal Pops Conductor Luke Frazier; and a piano recital.

Detroit Public Television To Broadcast Interlochen Arts Academy's ROMEO AND JULIET Ballet, April 24

Detroit Public TV will broadcast Interlochen Arts Academy's Romeo & Juliet ballet to commemorate William Shakespeare's birthday weekend. “A Detroit Performs Special Event: Interlochen Arts Academy presents Romeo & Juliet” will air on DPTV at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 24. The broadcast will also be made available on demand at dptv.org and via the PBS Video app. 

National Symphony Orchestra Announces Classical Programming For 2022–2023 Season

The festival features the premiere of more than twelve newly commissioned classical works alongside a wealth of lesser-known compositions from YIVO's archival collections, and performances by over thirty musical artists.
