Performances run, December 6,7,8, 13, 14, 15 at 8:00pm, and Sundays, December 9 and 16 at 3:00pm for a total of eight performances, with ASL and Audio Interpretation at the Friday, December 14th performance. Beginning at 6:30pm prior to the December 14th performance, the Art House Access Committee will host a free mixer for artists with and without disabilities. Wine and hors d'oeuvres included. The Orbit Initiative is an ambitious constellation of programs spread out across Tulsa dedicated to helping the city celebrate its differences through theatre and the arts. The Initiative is predicated on the idea that theatre and artistic expression should be 'by, of and for all people.' The program is based on a model originally conceived by the Public Theatre in NYC, and is designed to allow regular people to tell their stories and grow closer together through the process of storytelling.
Artists Repertory Theatre presents Everybody, by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, a Pulitzer Prize finalist for Drama. The production is co-directed by Jessica Wallenfels and Damaso Rodriguez, and is an inventive twist on a medieval morality play. Everybody runs from November 25 through December 30 on the Alder Stage.

American Blues Theater announces the addition of five new Ensemble members and one new Artistic Affiliate to the Blues family. Joining the Ensemble is director, designer and Associate Producer Elyse Dolan, who directed several works in past Ripped and Blue Ink festivals; designer Jared Gooding, lighting designer of Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story; actor Philip Earl Johnson, who is slated to appear in the upcoming Chicago premiere of Steven Dietz's On Clover Road; director Chuck Smith, director of the recent American Blues production of Pearl Cleage's Flyin' West; and actress and playwright Wandachristine, who won many awards for her solo performance Beauty's Daughter. Actor Zachary Stevenson has been named an Artistic Affiliate. Stevenson recently made his Chicago debut as 'Buddy Holly' in American Blues Theater's Joseph Jefferson Award-winning musical Buddy - the Buddy Holly Story, in which he also won a Jeff Award for Performance in a Musical.

Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC), the theatrical union that unites, empowers and protects professional stage directors and choreographers throughout the United States, announced the election of four officers and two new members of the Executive Board at Monday's Annual Membership Meeting. In addition, Sharon Ott received the annual President's Award for service to SDC.
