THE RISE AND FALL OF LITTLE VOICE Comes to Scarborough's Stephen Joseph Theatre

One of the UK's best-loved plays, Jim Cartwright's The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, has gone into rehearsals at Scarborough's Stephen Joseph Theatre. The show will open the theatre's summer season in June.

The National Theatre's production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time has welcomed a new cast to the West End production, and last night (30 June 2015) held a special gala performance with celebrity V.I.P. guests at the Gielgud Theatre.  Last month the play was one of the big winners at the Tony Awards® in New York, winning 5 awards including Best New Play. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time recently extended booking in London, releasing over 120,000 tickets and is now booking until 13 February 2016.

The National Theatre's production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time has this week welcomed a new cast to the West End production at the Gielgud Theatre. Earlier this month the play was one of the big winners at the Tony Awards® in New York, winning 5 awards including Best New Play. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time recently extended booking in London, releasing over 120,000 tickets and is now booking until 13 February 2016.

The National Theatre's production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time was one of the big winners at last night's prestigious Tony Awards held at the Radio City Music Hall in New York (7 June 2015), winning 5 awards: Best New Play - Simon Stephens, Best Direction of a Play -  Marianne Elliott, Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play - Alex Sharp as Christopher Boone, Best Lighting Design of a Play  - Paule Constable and Best Scenic Design of a Play  - Bunny Christie and Finn Ross.

The National Theatre's acclaimed production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will welcome a new company next month with Sion Daniel Young joining the cast to play the lead role of Christopher Boone.  Based on Mark Haddon's award-winning novel and adapted by Simon Stephens, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is currently booking in the West End until 24 October 2015.  Rehearsals began today with the new Company who will begin performances at the Gielgud Theatre on 22 June 2015.
