The York Theatre Company, dedicated to the development of new musicals and the preservation of musical gems from the past, as part of its acclaimed Developmental Reading Series, will present the staged reading of the new musical Benjamin Button The Musical with music by Natalie Tenenbaum (More Stars Than There Are in Heaven), and book and lyrics by Brett Boles ('From Broadway With Love: A Benefit Concert for Sandy Hook' on PBS).

The Actors Fund, in association with Michael Childers, will present a one-night only special event, Tradition: The Jewish Legacy of Broadway, a celebration of the great Jewish composers, lyricists and performers who graced the stages of Broadway from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, on Monday, December 14 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at John Jay College (524 West 59th Street). All proceeds will benefit the programs and services of The Actors Fund.
It all started with Marc Oka (an Original Broadway Cast member) who decided to try and gather members of the casts of MISS SAIGON for a reunion. He went to URBO (a fantastic restaurant, bar and venue, in the heart of Times Square) and Manager, Benjamin Ickies, who is also a musician, and BOOM ... the night was born.

With much excitement and clamor, Broadway's N'Kenge returns to Alphine Theatre Project in Montana to star in 'Chicago' as Matron 'Mama' Morton, the Witch in 'Big Fish,' and various roles in 'Ring of Fire.' All three productions will be running in rotating repertory from July 9 - August 1.
Back by popular demand after a sold-out, critically acclaimed performance on May 23rd, 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents a special encore performance of "Brady vs. Partridge: The Bardy Bunch." It's 1975 and the Brady Bunch and the Partridge Family are brought together on one cabaret stage by an accidental double booking. In a competition fiercer than when the Jackson 5 took on the Osmonds, the two television families will compete for your vote to win one precious prize. Enjoy Brady and Partridge hits, including "I Think I Love You," "It's A Sunshine Day," and "I Woke Up in Love This Morning," plus several classics from the 70s.
