The Computer School is hosting another Broadway Stars Rock for School Music fundraiser on March 1 at 7pm. In the past their fundraisers have included Broadway bigwigs Terrance Mann, Brad Little, Charlotte d'Amboise, Jennifer Prescott, and Sean McCourt.

Whatsonstage.com is reporting that the award-winning off-Broadway Musical, A Man of No Importance created by the writers of Ragtime, will get West End treatment when The Union Theatre's celebrated fringe production transfers to the Arts Theatre next month. The production will run in a limited engagement from 9 February (preview) to 27 February 2010.

This week, Nederlander Sales and Patron Services and Camp Broadway hosted the first 'Partners in Education Expo' for educators throughout the New York City and the surrounding areas at Broadway's Minskoff Theatre. The event was designed to provide attending educators with strategies and techniques for using performing arts to enrich learning.

Behind the Emerald Curtain, the exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the Broadway smash WICKED, will enter its 4th Season this fall. The tour, which lasts 90 minutes and is run by former and current members of the Broadway company, is given every Saturday morning at 10:00am at the Gershwin Theatre (222 W. 51st Street.). Tickets are $25 and are available for purchase on www.Ticketmaster.com/wicked and at the Gershwin Theatre box office. Groups of 20 or more can buy tickets for $23 each.

Mary Poppins composers Richard M. Sherman and George Stiles and the music from their hit musical will be featured on 'Broadway's Biggest Hits,' the syndicated radio show devoted to 'The Best of Broadway,' throughout the upcoming weekend, Saturday and Sunday, May 26-27.
