Beck Center for the Arts is proud to announce its 2010/2011 professional theater season, featuring something for every taste and the reopening of the Studio Theater.

2010 was a year filled with all sorts of exciting BroadwayWorld interviews - here's some of this year's highlights!

Today we are taking a look and a listen to the biggest and brightest Broadway beacons of the year that was, all amidst the dismal landscape of the Street as we now know it, though I won't name names or titles (hyphenated or otherwise). Between the ultimate diva triptych of Barbra, Liza and Cher each releasing not only new albums in 2010, but also DVDs of their work - and, in Cher's case, a smash-hit big-screen original movie musical, BURLESQUE, to the stars-on-the-rise of two leading men of far off shores - Stuart Matthew Price and David Campbell. In a year with far too few new cast albums, these solo albums certainly shine with lots of luster. On Broadway it might have been the year of epic disaster, but on record we may be able to find the Broadway we knew and loved once in any number of these highly-recommended releases. Oh, yeah - and Sondheim, too!

The Ritz Theatre Company opens its 2011, 26th Season with the award winning Broadway musical 'Hairspray' running January 6 through February 5 at the historic Ritz Theatre, 915 White Horse Pike, Arts District, Haddon Township, NJ.

NCTC is proud to present A Perfect Ganesh, by Tony Award-winning playwright, Terrence McNally and directed by Arturo Catricala. The show previews November 5 - 12, (Press Night is Friday, November 12th), opens on Saturday, November 13th and runs through December 19, 2010: Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director) and Barry Grove (Executive Producer) announced that Tony and Emmy Award winner Tyne Daly will return to Manhattan Theatre Club as Maria Callas in a new Broadway production of Terrence McNally's award-winning play MASTER CLASS directed by Stephen Wadsworth.

Marquee Productions presents the Broadway sensation, Hairspray, at the Montgomery Theater in downtown San Jose, December 3 - 12, 2010. Winner of eight Tony Awards and four prestigious Laurence Olivier Awards, including 'Best Musical,' this smash-hit musical about a girl with big hair, a big heart and big dance numbers is piled high with bouffant laughter, romance and deliriously fun show tunes.
