The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) is proud to present the 2018 Overture Awards Finals Competition. The Overture Awards provides $4,000 to six area high school students for education and training expenses, with eighteen finalists each winning $1,000. The program also provides a $2,500 Arts Educator Award for Excellence in Arts Instruction.

San Francisco Playhouse has announced The Rules by Dipika Guha as the final world premiere show of the seventh season of the award-winning Sandbox Series. The play will be performed at The Creativity Theater in Yerba Buena Gardens.

Set in 1963 Brighton, England, One Man, Two Guvnors is a brilliantly delicious mash-up of splendid comedy, British pantomime, and music-hall revues. The uproarious plot features a disarming and doltish Francis Henshall who finds himself trapped by farce into working for two bosses - who are connected in wildly improbable ways. He just has to keep them from discovering each other. Inspired insanity, high-low antics, and nimble wordplay ensue - all backed by live musicians paying homage to rockabilly and a certain Fab Four. Directed by David Ivers - artistic director of the Utah Shakespeare Festival - and with songs by Grant Olding, One Man, Two Guvnors is a riotous blast complete with a colorful cast of characters in a topsy-turvy world of love triangles and mistaken identities. Busy on stages throughout the region, Sarah Moser has been selected as the 2015 recipient of the RHE Artistic Fellowship, a program of Theatre Bay Area in partnership with the RHE Foundation. Moser will receive $10,000 and a year-long mentorship to help her achieve her career goals.
