Last night, April 4, The Point Foundation, celebrating LGBT leaders, hosted a benefit last night in New York City, co-hosted by Kelly Ripa and Sam Champion. Participants in the event included performers Montego Glover (Memphis), Kerry Butler (Catch Me If You Can) and Rob Thomas (Matchbox Twenty), Ellen Barkin, Iman, Isaac Mizrahi, John Benjamin Hickey (The C Word), Thomas Roberts (MSNBC) and Marsha Thomason (White Collar). On February 7, 2011, the cast of the hit musical RAIN: A Tribute to The Beatles on Broadway will perform a medley of The Fab Four's hit songs on ABC's 'Good Morning America' in the 8am hour.

'Good Morning America' today announced its sizzling 2010 Summer Concert Series lineup with the hottest chart-topping acts in the country, including mega-watt stars Rihanna, Black Eyed Peas and Alicia Keys; pop sensations the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus; country superstars Sugarland and Lady Antebellum; and the best nostalgia as The GO-GO's perform for the final time on television. The 2010 Summer Concert Series returns for the second straight year to the Rumsey Playfield in Central Park, where music's biggest names will perform live every Friday. The Summer Concert Series is sponsored by Walgreen's (first seven concerts) and John Frieda(r) Frizz-Ease(r) Hair Care (final eight concerts).

Steve Silver's Beach Blanket Babylon, the world's longest running musical revue, will be featured on 'Good Morning America' (GMA) when they televise live from San Francisco's Union Square on Thursday, December 3, 2009 as part of the ABC network holiday promotion 'Sam Champion Lights Up America.' The live broadcast, from 4 - 6 a.m. (PST), will be re-run locally at its regularly scheduled time of 7- 9 a.m. (PST). Bay Area residents are encouraged to be part of the national television broadcast and be in Union Square by 4 a.m. and say, 'Good Morning America!'
