Olivier Award-winning theatre company Mischief Theatre are bringing their comedy masterpiece The Play That Goes Wrong to Australia for the first time from February next year.

Casting for Sally Cookson's energetic and imaginative new adaptation of Charlotte Bronte's masterpiece, Jane Eyre was announced today (20 February 2017), with Nadia Clifford taking the central role of Jane Eyre and Tim Delap as Rochester. 

One of the true masterpieces of modern cinema, Federico Fellini's 1957 Oscar-winning film, LA STRADA (The Road), will be brought to life on stage in a brand new adaptation directed by Olivier Award nominee Sally Cookson with music composed by Benji Bower.

Hot on the heels of the theatre's eye-popping 250th year of celebration and its record-breaking productions, Bristol Old Vic is making its theatre fit for the next quarter of a millennium. Devised by the Companies, based on the works of JM Barrie Previews from 16 November, Press Night 23 November, final performance 4 February.  Sophie Thompson has had to withdraw from the cast of Peter Pan, the National Theatre's Christmas show, due to a broken wrist. Anna Francolini, last seen at the NT in wonder.land, will take over the role of Captain Hook/ Mrs Darling. The NT is delighted that Anna was available to step into the role, and wishes Sophie a speedy recovery.
