National Theatre Live's JANE EYRE Set for Peterborough Players' Arts on Screen 2015-16 Series

The Peterborough Players' Arts on Screen 2015-2016 Series announces the screening of the new National Theatre production of the Charlotte Bronte classic JANE EYRE. It will be presented in HD at the Peterborough Players on Sunday, January 10th at 1pm. just as it was presented at London's Naional Theatre.

Asolo Rep to Stage U.S. Premiere of HETTY FEATHER

Asolo Repertory Theatre proudly announces the final production of its 2015-16 season, the U.S. premiere of the U.K. phenomenon HETTY FEATHER, Jacqueline Wilson's wildly popular U.K. novel adapted into a thrilling theatrical masterpiece by Emma Reeves. A 2015 Olivier Award nominee for Best Family Entertainment, HETTY FEATHER will have one preview on Thursday, June 2 at 7pm, open Friday, June 3 at 7pm and run through Sunday, June 26 in the Mertz Theatre, located in the FSU Center for the Performing Arts. Asolo Rep's production will feature the entire West End cast, starring Phoebe Thomas as Hetty. Sally Cookson, who directed the West End production, will direct Asolo Rep's production.

The tour continues on to Malvern Theatre and London's Cadogan Hall before settling in at the Lowry Salford for a glittering Christmas season from Thursday 10 December to Sunday 10 January. National Theatre Live has announced international broadcasts of the National Theatre and Bristol Old Vic co-production of Jane Eyre on December 8, 2016; the Donmar Warehouse's production of Christopher Hampton's Les Liaisons dangereuses on January 28, 2016; and, the National Theatre's production of William Shakespeare's As You Like It on February 25, 2016. Tickets for Jane Eyre and As You Like It are on sale now, with an on sale date for Les Liaisons dangereuses to be announced soon. Dates will vary at venues internationally and encore screenings will follow. After a sell-out critically acclaimed West End run in 2014, Sally Cookson's Olivier Award nominated production of Hetty Feather returns to the West End with a limited summer run at the Duke of York's Theatre from 6 August to 6 September. The West End run will form part of a major national tour which begins at Bristol Old Vic in July and continues through 2016, with an extended Christmas run at The Lowry, Salford.

Sally Cookson returns to theatre to direct Sharon D Clarke (Nurse), Matt Costain (Paris/Prince), Chris Bianchi (Friar Lawrence/ Montague), Audrey Brisson (Juliet), Joseph Drake (Romeo), Laura Elphinstone (Mercutio), Felix Hayes (Tybalt) and Javier Marzan (Peter). The production opens on 4 March, with previews from 28 February, and runs until 14 March.
