The National Theatre brings their thrilling and imaginative new adaptation of Charlotte Brontë's masterpiece Jane Eyre to the Lyceum stage from Tuesday 18 - Saturday 22 April.

First published 170 years ago, Charlotte Brontë's story of the trailblazing Jane is as inspiring as ever. This bold and dynamic production tells the story of one woman's fight for freedom and fulfilment on her own terms. From her beginnings as a destitute orphan, Jane Eyre's spirited heroine faces life's obstacles head-on, surviving poverty, injustice and the discovery of bitter betrayal before taking the ultimate decision to follow her heart.

This highly acclaimed co-production between the National Theatre and Bristol Old Vic, directed by Sally Cookson (Hetty Feather, La Strada) was originally presented in two parts at Bristol Old Vic, and then transferred to the National Theatre, re-imagined as a single exhilarating performance, playing to sold-out houses at the NT's Lyttelton Theatre.

Jane Eyre is at the Lyceum Theatre from Tuesday 18 - Saturday 22 April. Tickets can be purchased from Sheffield Theatres' Box Office in-person, by phone on 0114 249 6000 or online at sheffieldtheatres.co.uk and are priced from £16.00

Concessions and group discounts are available.
