Additional Casting Confirmed For THE TIME OF OUR LIES at Park Theatre

Colin Salmon, star of the James Bond film series, Netflix's Master of None and Syfy's Krypton, has been confirmed to join the cast of the Howard Zinn biopic, The Time Of Our Lies. Guest starring for one night on 2 August, Colin will play the lead role as the American historian, author and social activist, Howard Zinn. Daniel Benzali will star as Howard Zinn for the remainder of the run. With Trang Le and Jessye Romeo also joining the ensemble, The Time Of Our Lies is written by Bianca Bagatourian and directed by Che Walker, with movement by Maureen Fleming.

Will Gregory Joins RSC Winter Season

The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced that singer-songwriter Will Gregory will compose the music for a new production of William Shakespeare's rarely performed tale of a nation in turmoil, King John, directed by Eleanor Rhode.

Final Casting Announced For TWO LADIES At The Bridge Theatre

Lorna Brown, Raghad Chaar and Yoli Fuller join the previously announced Zoe Wanamaker and Zrinka Cviteši? to complete the casting for Two Ladies, a new play by Nancy Harris to be directed by Nicholas Hytner at the Bridge Theatre.

Casting Announced For Stephen Daldry's Production Of AN INSPECTOR CALLS

PW Productions have announced the full cast of the UK and Ireland Tour of Stephen Daldry's seminal production of JB Priestley's classic thriller "AN INSPECTOR CALLS" which opens at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley on Friday 6 September 2019 before visiting Mayflower Theatre Southampton, Hull New Theatre, Theatre Severn Shrewsbury, King's Theatre Edinburgh, Oxford Playhouse, Newcastle Theatre Royal, Malvern Theatres, Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Buxton Opera House, New Wimbledon Theatre, The Lowry Salford, Milton Keynes Theatre, Bradford Alhambra, Liverpool Playhouse, Theatre Royal Nottingham, Brighton Theatre Royal, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Cardiff New Theatre, Cambridge Arts Theatre, Glasgow Theatre Royal, Yvonne Arnaud Guildford, Sheffield Lyceum, Sunderland Empire, Belgrade Theatre Coventry, The Orchard Theatre Dartford and Curve Leicester.

VALUED FRIENDS to Have First Major UK Revival

Rose Theatre Kingston, The Original Theatre Company and Karl Sydow today announce the first major UK revival of Stephen Jeffreys' Valued Friends, directed by Michael Fentiman. The production opens at Rose Theatre Kingston as part of their autumn season on 26 September, with previews from 20 September, and runs until 12 October.

Cast Announced For SOUTHERN BELLES at King's Head Theatre

The Resident Acting Company Presents POLISHING SHAKESPEARE

In 2015, the news that the Oregon Shakespeare Festival had commissioned modern English translations of all of Shakespeare's plays drew alarm from purists. Over the past month, the PlayOn! Festival has been presenting all 39 translations. The month-long festival concludes on June 30th and on July 1st The Resident Acting Company will present a new play based on the powerful debate behind these translations-Polishing Shakespeare by HBO Def Poet and critically acclaimed playwright, Brian Dykstra and starring Bradford Cover, Robin Leslie Brown and Kate Rigg. The play will be directed by Margarett Perry.
