Beverly Hills Playhouse Presents ALIMENTO: A Presentation of One-Act Productions 11/18

Buck Henry, Lisa Loomer, Boni Alvarez, Dan Duling, Mary Edith Burrell, Elena Minor, Jan Munroe, Robyn Peterson, Rob Sullivan, and Stephanie Waxman contribute writings to this unique event. They will compose 15-minute-or-less plays, that will be performed in readings by a company of professional actor/celebrities, and guests from the Downtown Women's Center.

'COLOGNE, Or The Ways Evil Enters The World.' the short story, was first published by Windfall Press. Its production history began in 1999 at Highways in Santa Monica starring the author, and under David Schweizer's direction continued at The Tiffany Theatre in West Hollywood produced by Paula Holt & Eileen T'Kaye. It subsequently played at Theatre 150, Ojai, at The Evidence Room, LA, at Santa Fe Playhouse, New Mexico, Off-Broadway at the Rattlestick Theatre (adding Suzi Dietz to the producing team), and finally at the Lavender Footlights Festival in Miami. The current production marks the debut of Harry Hart-Browne in the role and the first time an actor other than the playwright has assayed the role.

CATWALK CONFIDENTIAL 'Struts' To West End, Plays Arts Theatre 9/4 - 10/3

Before there was Kate, and before there was Naomi, and before there was Claudia, there was Robyn Peterson. 'CATWALK CONFIDENTIAL' tells her story. This one-woman show comes to the Arts Theatre in London's West End straight from its UK premiere at the Edinburgh Festival. It previews at the Arts Theatre from 4 September and opens on Wednesday 9 September for a limited season, ending on Saturday 3 October.
