The Drama League announced the winners for The 71st Annual Drama League Awards at its annual luncheon and ceremony on May 13.

Billy Porter, Billy Stritch, Sherie René Scott, Jason Robert Brown, Marc Shaiman and Toxic Audio are just some of the stars who will be features in the June 27th benefit, Avenue Q Swings!

Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx, the co-creators of the Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q, are hosting AVENUE Q SWINGS!, at the Lucille Lortel Theatre on Monday, June 27th at 7:30 pm. Proceeds from the one-night-only performance will benefit Greenwich House Music School's Piano Fund, replacing two well-worn Steinway grand pianos.

On Monday, November 29 at 7pm, the Tony Award-winning songwriting team Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx will be singing their hit songs from Avenue Q, along with some unknown 'trunk songs' at Birdland (315 West 44th Street). This will be the first time the duo performs a full concert in public.

Hercules' Kevin Sorbo, Less Than Perfect's Zachary Levi and theater legend Carol Lawrence visited Avenue Q.

Avenue Q's Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx were guest artists at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting on Oct. 28.

Avenue Q's Ann Harada celebrated her baby shower at Tony's DiNapoli on Oct. 29 along with the rest of the Q bunch.

SHREK - THE MUSICAL, a new musical planned for Broadway, will be directed by Jason Moore with a book by David Lindsay-Abaire.
