Syracuse University's Department of Drama (SU Drama) in the College of Visual and Performing Arts is pleased to announce its 2014-15 season. Offerings will include the passionate and powerful musical Parade with music by Jason Robert Brown, the comic Stepping Out about the friendships and joy found in an adult tap class, the 60s era hit musical Hairspray (co-produced with Syracuse Stage), two couples grappling with relationships in the witty comedy Lips Together, Teeth Apart, William Shakespeare's profound comedy Measure for Measure, and the laugh-out-loud Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q. Season Tickets are $89/$99 for six shows, now available in the Box Office at 315-443-3275 or in person Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 820 East Genesee Street.

The Clear Space Theatre Company is ready for opening night of the regional premiere of Avenue Q! Cast and members are polishing their performances and admiring the biceps they've developed from handling their puppets for the month-long rehearsal process, and the crew is busy with last-minute details on the sets, lights and costumes for the May 2 opening night.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, is pleased to announce a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which begins tonight, April 29, 2014 at the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) in Providence, RI and plays a limited two-week engagement through May 11, 2014. THE BOOK OF MORMON is part of the Taco/The White Family Foundation Broadway Series. In Providence, the production will conduct a pre-show lottery at the PPAC Box Office (220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence), making a limited number of tickets available at $25 apiece.

A smash hit on Broadway, the West End and worldwide, this hugely popular coming of age satire based on the much loved Sesame Street features puppets and puppeteers alongside human actors. The producers behind the first UK Tour of Spring Awakening and West End production of Seussical will be embarking on a ten week tour of the Tony Award winning musical comedy following a run in their resident venue Greenwich Theatre.
