After making its debut at Chichester Festival Theatre in 2008, writer Martin Sherman's snapshot into the last few years of the life of Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis has at last transferred to the West End following a two year hiatus.

ONASSIS' will open at the Novello Theatre on Tuesday 12 October 2010, following previews from Thursday 30 September 2010. The limited London season will finish on Saturday 5 February 2011. 'ONASSIS' will also feature Lydia Leonard as Jackie Kennedy and Anna Francolini as Maria Callas.

Michael Riedel reports in today's New York Post that 'ONASSIS' which is set to begin performances next month in the West End, starring Tony-winner Robert Lindsay might had next to Broadway in 2011, bringing the star back to New York after 25 years.
