Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. Below, BroadwayWorld brings you some cabaret highlights for this week as picked by our theatre editors, including: Benjamin Eakeley: Broadway Swinger; Joe Iconis and Family with Betty Buckley; Cutting Edge Composers: 7th Edition; Lance Horne and Drew Brody with Beth Malone; and Amy Jo Jackson: I Want to Be Your Man.

The Theory of Relativity, the new musical by the Drama Desk Award-nominated creators of Broadway's The Story of My Life, Neil Bartram and Brian Hill, will be released on disc by PS Classics on June 3. The album, recorded March 31 and April 1 at Avatar Studios in New York City, is produced by PS Classics staff engineer Bart Migal, who has produced over a dozen recordings for the label, including, most recently, Tony Yazbeck's debut solo album.

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents the 7th edition of Cutting-Edge Composers. Cutting-Edge Composers is a concert series that strives to create greater exposure for up-and-coming songwriters by providing them with venues, publicity, Broadway performers, and musicians to best showcase their material. Cutting-Edge Composers is directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto, co-produced by Allie Glickman, and features musical direction by Benjamin Rauhala and orchestrations by Rauhala and Julie McBride.

Musicals Tonight! continues its ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with its next edition of  AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Sunday, April 10th at The Lion Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street at 7 PM.

The show was was directed/produced by Brandon Beynon and Music Directed/Arrangements by Joshua Zecher-Ross, with Micah Burgess (Guitar), Lorenzo Wolff (Bass), Kenny Hildebrandt (Drums).

Last weekend, Feinstein's/54 Below presented BROADWAY ROCKS KELLY CLARKSON, featuring Broadway and up-and-coming performers singing their favorite songs by the first American Idol. As part of the evening, Tony nominee Robin De Jesus joined The Mashup Project's Jen Brissman for a mashup of 'Disaster/Beautiful Disaster.' Check it out below!

On February 25th, Feinstein's/54 Below will present 'In Memoriam,' a concert celebration of this season's Broadway and off-Broadway shows that have closed too soon. Original cast members from Allegiance, Amazing Grace, Gigantic, and Spring Awakening will be performing songs from their shows, and sharing some behind the scenes stories and photos.

Deaf West Theatre's acclaimed Broadway production of SPRING AWAKENING closes today, Sunday, January 24 after 129 performances. The production will have life after Broadway, however, with a national tour scheduled to launch in 2017.
