Directed by Peter Napolitano, Julie is joined by her longtime Musical Director, Mark Janas and Bassist Ritt Henn performing a unique collection of celebrated standards, Broadway classics, and new works soon to become part of the American Songbook. Composers / Lyricists include, Stephen Sondheim, Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart, Maltby & Shire, Janas & Napolitano, Alec Wilder, Harold Arlen, E.Y. Harburg, Ira Gershwin, Vernon Duke, Henry Mancini & Johnny Mercer and Irving Berlin.

On Monday July 21st, Town Hall continued to present it's series of acclaimed summer concerts with the performance of BROADWAY'S RISING STARS. BROADWAY'S RISING STARS was co-directed by Tony Nominee Emily Skinner and Nightlife Award winning vocalist Scott Coulter. Designed to launch the careers of the next generation of Broadway stars, the show featured 20 of the most outstanding young talents from performing arts schools in New York and across the country. The future stars of the Great White Way were chosen during auditions throughout the spring and come from theatrical institutions including as AMDA, CAP21, Julliard, Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, Marymount and the New School.

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs (MAC), this year celebrating its 25th Anniversary, presents some of its top up-and-coming talent in NEW FACE SHOWCASE, an evening of comedy and song - the second showcase of its kind produced by MAC, on Friday, March 28th at 6:30pm at Don't Tell Mama.

With the addition of two new categories--Best Male and Female Stand-Up Comic--the nominations list for the 2006 MAC Awards is now complete

The 2006 MAC AWARDS will be presented on MONDAY, APRIL 17 AT 7:30 PM at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center at BMCC, 199 Chambers Street. Hosted by Lee Roy Reams, the 20th annual MAC Awards will include appearances by Phoebe Snow, Ben Taylor, Karen Mason, Carol Hall and Rocky Carroll among others.
