Tony Award-winning actor Jason Alexander recently assumed the role of 'Norman Drexel' in Larry David's hit comedy Fish In the Dark, directed by Anna D. Shapiro, at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). Alexander steps into the role created by David in the comedy about a death in the family. Before Broadway's biggest night on Sunday, June 7th, 37 productions will have opened on Broadway in the 2014-15 season. Of those productions, 10 were eligible for Best New Musical and 11 were eligible for Best New Play at the 69th Annual Tony Awards. In these new plays and musicals, 213 actors made their Broadway debuts in new shows.
