THE PIECE PROJECT and CELEBRATION THEATRE present an exclusive Los Angeles reading of Theresa Rebeck's SPIKE HEELS on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 8pm. Founded by Devon Gummersall and Andrew Carlberg, THE PIECE PROJECT is a celebrity-based theater ensemble. Every two-three months, The Piece Project hosts a play reading to benefit a local Los Angeles theater company. Devon Gummersall will direct this reading of SPIKE HEELS, which will feature Patrick J. Adams, Elaine Hendrix, Jenn Liu and Jeremy Sisto.

Following Disney's announcement of a spin-off of the hit 1990s sitcom BOY MEETS WORLD, featuring original stars Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel, fans have been heralding behind a full-cast reunion on the sequel series. Today, Trina McGee, who played 'Angela Moore' on the series, confirmed she was open to appearing on the spin-off, GIRL MEETS WORLD.

Disney announced earlier this month that they were planning a sequel to BOY MEETS WORLD - and as of today, the childhood of every 90s kid is about to be rocked just a bit more: original series stars Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel, also known as high school sweethearts Cory and Topanga, have officially signed on to the TV series sequel, GIRL MEETS WORLD. TV Line broke the news this evening. Fishel has taken to her new, official blog to comment on the sequel series.

Celebration Theatre presents the third show of its 2011-2012 Season, THE COLOR PURPLE, book by Marsha Norman, music and lyrics by Brenda Russell, Allee Willis and Stephen Bray, musical direction by Gregory Nabours, choreography by Janet Roston and directed by Michael Matthews.
