Owen Returns to The Metropolitan Room 3/25 - 4/4

Judith Owen, the Welsh singer-songwriter who continues to garner praise from discerning critics, begins an exclusive, two-week engagement at The Metropolitan Room, 34 West 22nd Street, for two weeks beginning March 25.

The Actors Company Theatre (Scott Alan Evans, Cynthia Harris and Simon Jones, Co-Artistic Directors),began its 16th season, with a new production of 'Bedroom Farce' written by Alan Ayckbourn, directed by Jenn Thompson at Theatre Row Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street, New York).'Bedroom Farce' began performances on Sunday, October 5, and opens tonight, running through November 5, 2008.

Almeida Theater Company Announces Summer Programs

For its annual summer festival of contemporary opera, music and theatre, the Almeida Theatre will present a programme which includes the London premiere of An Ocean of Rain, a specially commissioned opera by Yannis Kyriakides and Daniel Danis, the European premiere of Adam Rapp's Nocturne and British African Theatre Company Tiata Fahodzi's first week long residency at the Almeida.
