The Board of Directors of The Theatre Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Aislinn Rose as General and Artistic Director following an extensive search which attracted a number of talented candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Rose will assume the role on May 27, 2019.

The Theatre Centre announced today a number of major gifts to its $6.2 million capital campaign, including a $500,000 gift that will see its mainspace theatre named after Artistic Director and visionary Franco Boni.

Hagins & Mortimer Design, the newly launched venture of acclaimed interior designer Elizabeth Hagins and noted artist, art advisor & collector Richard Mortimer will host the Hamptons debut of Charleston painter Linda Fantuzzo at their recently opened design gallery at 9 Windmill Lane, Southampton, 11968. The exhibition set in the midst of important 20th Century furniture and lighting will open with a reception for the artist tonight, August 22 from 6pm to 9pm. On Sunday, August 24, there will be a Southern High Tea from 2pm to 4pm in honor of the artist whose works can be seen Thursday through Monday from 12 to 6 and Sunday, 12 to 5 through September 30.

The third edition of Art Southampton, the leading international contemporary and modern art fair for acquiring investment quality works of art opened last night with huge success, where top collectors, curators, art advisors and influencers kicked off the weekend-long event. Taking place on the 18-acre estate behind the Southampton Elks Lodge, the Platinum VIP saw over 1,500 top collectors of the East End, and throughout the elegant evening, attendance exceeded last year's VIP Preview of 4,200 guests.
