LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, a new musical based on the beloved Laura Ingalls Wilder series of classic American books, will arrive on December 15 at The Buell Theatre, presented by Denver Center Attractions.

The Jeff Awards have announced 179 nominations in 35 categories for Chicago Equity theatrical productions which opened between August 1, 2008, and July 31, 2009.

LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE, a new musical based on the beloved Laura Ingalls Wilder series of classic American books, will arrive on November 24 at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, Missouri. Melissa Gilbert, who rose to fame as a child playing ‘Laura' in the hugely successful NBC television series 'Little House on the Prairie' during the 1970's, now continues her legacy ‘on the prairie' by taking on the role of Ma. LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE will also star Steve Blanchard as Pa and Kara Lindsay as Laura. Tickets for the St. Louis engagement of LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE are on sale now. A Minister's Wife was adapted by Austin Pendleton with music by Joshua Schmidt and lyrics by Jan Tranen.

There was 'no way out' of the hilarious interview with the cast of Marriott Lincolnshire's The Producers. Ross Lehman (Max), Guy Adkins (Leo), Angela Feeney (Ulla), Bernie Yvon (Roger) and Michael Aaron Lindner (Franz) are all on board this wild ride of an interview. Even the janitors of the theatre get involved. For those of you watching with a video iPod, look for a special cameo with the show's creator, Mel Brooks.

How do you keep The Producers fresh after a 1960's movie, a hit Broadway musical and a movie of the musical? Well, it is all in the 'coesting,' as Ulla would say. The latest production of Mel Brooks mega hit, which opened Wednesday at the Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire, certainly has not made any missteps in the casting departing, starting with Ross Lehman and Guy Adkins as Bialystock and Bloom...
