Production has begun on TV Land's newest sitcom pilot, 'Younger,' starring Tony Award winner Sutton Foster ('Bunheads') Hilary Duff ('Lizzie McGuire'), Debi Mazar ('Entourage') and Miriam Shor ('GCB'). The single-camera project, which is written, executive produced and directed by Darren Star ('Sex and the City'), is based on the novel 'Younger' by Pamela Redmond Satran. Patricia Field, who worked with Star on 'Sex and the City,' will be a costume consultant on the production.

TV Land has closed a half-hour workplace comedy script deal with multimedia studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ:IACI) which was announced today by Keith Cox, Executive Vice President, Development and Original Programming for TV Land. The script revolves around a 30-something woman as she navigates the executive ranks among her old-school male counterparts while her 20-something male assistant tries to make it amid his female-dominated peers - two fish, a big corporate pond, and very little water. The untitled script will be written and executive produced by Jon Sherman ('Frasier') with Electus' Chairman and Founder, Ben Silverman and Jimmy Fox also executive producing.
