Jaime Pressly Cast in TV Land's JENNIFER FALLS Pilot

Emmy Award-winning actress Jaime Pressly has been cast in the lead role for TV Land's new pilot 'Jennifer Falls,' it was announced today by Keith Cox, Executive Vice President of Development and Original Programming for the network.

Mary-Arrchie Theatre to Reopen UNCLE BOB at Angel Island, 8/15-9/1

Mary-Arrchie Theater Co. has decided to re-open it's production of Austin Pendleton's Uncle Bob on August 15, 2013 at 8 p.m. It will run Thursday-Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 7 p.m. until September 1. Tickets will be $25. There will be no performance on Sunday, August 25. It will be mounted at Angel Island which is at 735 W. Sheridan in Chicago, Illinois. There is parking available at the Mobil Gas station across from the theater for a price to be determined by Mobil.

AVENUE Q Celebrates 10th Anniversary on 7/31

If ever a show has become part of the 'fabric' of New York and pop culture, it is the Tony Award-winning musical AVENUE Q -- with its colorful cast of humans and puppets. The ground-breaking musical hits a new landmark this summer when it celebrates its 10th anniversary on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 with a 'Thank Q' to fans for the decade of laughter and love: starting at 10 a.m., the first 100 patrons in line can purchase $10 seats (cash only) to the special 7 p.m. 10th anniversary performance at New World Stages (340 W. 50 St.), where AVENUE Q has performed for the past four years following its triumphant six-year run on Broadway.

John Travolta to Guest on Kirstie Alley's TV Land Sitcom

Golden Globe(R) winner and two-time Academy Award(R) nominee John Travolta makes this rare guest star return to television on TV Land's new original sitcom 'Kirstie.' During this guest star appearance, Travolta and his former on-screen flame, series star and executive producer Kirstie Alley, will be teaming up for an unforgettable reunion. The duo is best remembered for their on-screen romance in the hit movie franchise 'Look Who's Talking.' Set to shoot early next month, Travolta will play a stagehand on 'Maddie's' (Kirstie Alley) Broadway show. After a one-night stand together, Maddie is surprised to find that her fling refuses to be flung. 'Kirstie' will debut on TV Land on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, and Travolta's episode will air later in the season.

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces that the company's acclaimed World Premiere production of Stella & Lou by Bruce Graham and directed by BJ Jones, will be presented at the Town Hall Theater in association with Galway Arts Festival in Galway, Ireland, today, July 16-21, 2013.
