In season two, after the brave crew of Ark One reaches their destination and finds it uninhabitable, they must survive long enough to locate a new home for themselves and all the ships that follow. Created by Dean Devlin, “The Ark” takes place 100 years in the future when planetary colonization missions have begun as a necessity to help secure the survival of the human race. The first of these missions on a spacecraft known as Ark One encounters a catastrophic event causing massive destruction and loss of life. Watch the video trailer now!

SYFY Announces New and Returning Series

New series include “Reginald the Vampire,” a dramedy based on Johnny B. Truant’s “Fat Vampire” book series and starring MCU veteran Jacob Batalon as Reginald Andres, and “The Ark,” a space-set survival drama from writer Dean Devlin that takes place 100 years in the future. Check out the new slate of content coming to SYFY now!

FRAME London Dance Film Festival Sets 2016 Programme

The full programme has today been announced for the inaugural FRAME London Dance Film Festival. The vast programme of films and events is to take place from 9 to 12 June 2016 in Kingston-upon-Thames, London. Presented by the UK's pioneering dance company BalletBoyz in association with dancescreen, the festival is set to offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the best creative talent in dance and film to the general public, as well engaging broadcasters, video artists and choreographers. Over the three days, there are over 122 films screening with 11 World Premieres, 8 International, 4 European and 28 UK Premieres amongst the new work. These will be presented alongside classic films for all ages led by a celebration of Gene Kelly, dance performances and outdoor and family activities at various venues across the town.
