This week, we are following in the steps of SOUND OFF and showcasing some other productions of the Rodgers & Hammerstein musical that was just so rapturously received in both it's Tony-winning 2008 Broadway revival but also Wednesday night's Live From Lincoln Center broadcast of the final performance starring Kelli O'Hara and Tony-Award-winner Paulo Szot. It was a night beyond compare as far as live theatrical filmings go, and included will be a taste - as well as the tropical sights and sounds of some other iterations of the legendary musical. Talking to AOL's 'the Boot' before performing at the CMA Music Fest, Reba McEntire chatted about the recent reading of 'The Unsinkable Molly Brown' for which she has been reportedly courted. The site reports that 'Reba has been to New York City for a reading of the new script and hear some of the new music written for the proposed musical. 'It's very appealing to me,' she admits. 'The production is a long way from being ready so we'll have to wait and see what happens when it is finished.'

2010 CMT MUSIC AWARDS Are Most-Watched Awards Premiere In Channel History

The premiere of the 2010 CMT MUSIC AWARDS on Wednesday, June 9 scored with 3.04 million total viewers, making it the most-watched awards premiere in channel history. According to Nielsen Media Research, the two-and-a-half hour show scored a 1.42 rating among P18-49, up 19 percent over last year with an average 1.5 million viewers in the key demo. The show's performance from 8-10:30 p.m. drove CMT to become the most-watched network in the time period across cable with P18-49 and W18-49 impressions. More than 10.8 million viewers cumulative* tuned in for all related CMT Music Awards programming, including the live Red Carpet show and encore.
