Enrique Iglesias to Kick Off 120th Anniversary of Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign at Thanksgiving Day Game

Pop superstar Enrique Iglesias announced today during his sold outEuphoria tour stop at Madison Square Garden that he will be the featured performer for The Salvation Army's 15th annual Red Kettle Kickoff during halftime of the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the Miami Dolphins on November 24, 2011 (4:15 p.m. ET; CBS). Enrique's live nationally televised performance will mark the start of the 120th anniversary of the Army's iconic Red Kettle Campaign, which began in San Francisco in 1891.

According to the New York Times, Broadway-bound Nick Jonas will host the 2012 Kids' Night on Broadway February- a nationwide audience development event designed to introduce a new generation to the experience of live theatre. This year's festivities will be held on February 5-9, and participants will include WICKED, HOW TO SUCCEED, and THE LION KING.

Beginning with tonight's performance, Andy Karl and Quinn Van Antwerp have joined the Broadway cast of Jersey Boys. Karl (Legally Blonde, Wicked) steps in the role of Tommy DeVito; Dominic Nolfi departed on September 25th. Direct from the national tour of JERSEY BOYS, VanAntwerp steps in the role of Bob Gaudio; Ryan Jesse departed October 9. Erik Bates played the role of Tommy DeVito for performances September 27 through October 9.

Rhode Island-based theatre artist Leigh Hendrix is proud to present the New York City premier of her solo performance, How To Be A Lesbian in 10 Days or Less. Written and performed by Hendrix and directed by Peter Deffet, the show is a hilarious coming out story and guide to gay for budding lesbians, no matter their sexual orientation. How To Be A Lesbian in 10 Days or Less runs October 27th at 7:30 PM at Theatre ROW, 410 West 42nd Street as part of the 2011 United Solo Theatre Festival.
